Known as “Italy’s Joy of Cooking,” The Silver Spoon has quickly become one of America’s favorite classic cookbooks (the book has sold more than 1⁄2 million copies and is a top seller on Amazon’s gastronomy list). The original Il Cucchiaio d’Argento was first published in Italy in 1950, an is an important piece of Italian culinary history.
